Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

How shipping fees work

We do not charge a fixed shipping fee at checkout. Instead, once you place your order, we review your delivery address and the weight of your items, then confirm the exact shipping fee via WhatsApp before processing your payment.

The confirmed fee will be added to your order total and shown on your payment page. You only pay after we have agreed on the amount.

Typical shipping fees range from RM 6 for small parcels within West Malaysia to RM 15–25 for East Malaysia, depending on weight and destination.

Delivery times are estimates only. Public holidays and peak seasons (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year) may cause delays. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp.

Couriers we use

We ship via J&T Express or Pos Laju, depending on your location. The carrier name and tracking number will appear on your order status page once your parcel is dispatched.

You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website using the tracking number we provide.

Returns

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage.

We do not accept returns based on personal preference (e.g. if you dislike the scent). If you are unsure whether a fragrance is right for you, please reach out before ordering — we love helping customers find the right scent.

Exchanges

Exchanges for defective or incorrect items are accepted. WhatsApp us with your order reference and we will arrange a replacement.

We cover the return shipping cost for items that are defective or sent in error. For other cases, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be made via bank transfer to the account used for the original payment.
